Getting tired of taking consultation note in handwritten record? MediNote enables doctors to take consultation note during patient’s visit and save it in electronic record. It is a much more convenient way for doctors to take note during consultation.



Each consultation note contains:
- Timestamps for the beginning and end of the consultation
- Patient ID and name
- Clinic and doctor name
- Pre-defined drug list
- Connection to Dropbox



Users can:
- Take consultation note with different color pens and highlighter
- Take photo or attach an image from library to the consultation note
- Issue a prescription from a user-defined drug list
- Save consultation note in PDF format to Dropbox, so that users can review the note in future
